Privacy Policy

PlayersReports is a static review site. There are no user accounts, no login, no comment system and no forms that transmit anything to a server. This page describes, plainly, the small amount of data that can touch this site and what happens to it. It was last reviewed alongside the rest of the site and will be updated before any of the practices described here change.

What this site does not collect

We do not set tracking cookies. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social-media embeds. We do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Pages are served as plain files; reading them sends us nothing. If we add a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics service in future to count page views, this policy will be updated first to say exactly which service and what it records.

Local storage on your device

The site stores one value in your browser's local storage: a flag recording that you have acknowledged the 18+ age notice, so it does not reappear on every page. That value never leaves your device, is not a cookie, and is not readable by us or by anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Complaint reports you email us

The complaint form runs entirely in your browser: it formats your report as text which you then copy and email to us yourself. Nothing is submitted until you choose to send that email. When you do, we receive whatever you include — typically a casino name, what happened, and any evidence you attach. We use it only to investigate and, where appropriate, publish an anonymised account of the dispute; we do not publish your name, email address or account details, and we do not share them with the casino beyond what is necessary to put the substance of the complaint to them for a right of reply. Ask us at any time to delete a report you sent, and we will.

Outbound links and affiliate tracking

Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, disclosed where they appear. When you follow one, the destination casino — not this site — may set its own cookies to credit the referral, and from that point its privacy policy governs, not ours. We never see who clicked: affiliate programmes report aggregate referral counts to us, not identities. Links to official casino sites that are not affiliate links carry no tracking parameters from us at all. Either way, we recommend reading the privacy policy of any casino before registering, and our reviews flag operators whose data practices raised concerns during research.

Hosting logs

Like nearly every website, the infrastructure this site is served from (a content delivery network) keeps short-lived technical logs — IP address, requested page, timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are held by the hosting provider under its own retention rules; we do not use them to identify or track visitors.

Your rights and how to reach us

Because we hold no visitor data beyond emails you choose to send, exercising your rights is simple: email us and tell us what you want corrected or deleted. Reports and correspondence are kept only as long as the related investigation or published page needs them. If you believe this policy misstates anything the site actually does, tell us — the same correction process that applies to our reviews applies to this page.
